ABOUT ME

Born in 1990 in Ancona, he has been practicing various sports since childhood. From soccer to volleyball, through competitive swimming, sailing, and reaching Functional Training and then CrossFit. Former reconnaissance Rifleman of the San Marco regiment in the Italian Navy and Security Contractor. He loves extreme sports like Snowboarding, Windsurfing, and Climbing. A Certified CrossFit Coach and athlete who, after competing for several years internationally, approached Triathlon first as an athlete, actively participating in sprint and Olympic championships, then progressing to Full Ironman and 70.3, and finally as a Certified World Triathlon Coach. A Steelman, Ironman, Coach, and Athlete, he dedicates himself simultaneously to the '1 to 1' preparation of athletes who want to approach not only Triathlon but also the world of Endurance systematically. Sport Developing is his mission, so whatever your goal is, Coach Raf can help you achieve it.
